Residential Loan Closer

Prepare Loan Estimate (LE) upon receipt of mortgage loan application and provide to borrower. Upon approval of loan,

order flood zone certificate through third party vendors. Review of title commitments, surveys, title searches, flood zone

searches, and sales contract. Interaction with lending officers and customers in regards to loan documentation and loan

closing requirements. Prepare single family residential loan documentation in accordance with loan approval. Resolve

loan closing issues with title company. Prepare Closing Disclosure (CD) in coordination with title company and provide to

borrower. Perform a pre-closing quality check of loan files prior to releasing closing package to title company. Coordinate

loan closings with title company. High School Diploma. College Degree preferred but not required. Knowledge of real

estate lending/loan documentation through mortgage company. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Word. Knowledge in compliance related to Truth-in-Lending disclosures and Regulation “B”.

Experience in a Loan Origination System (LOS) a plus.

Lending Assistant

Richardson Branch

Under general supervision, but following established policies and procedures, is responsible for providing

administrative and clerical support, for exhibiting professionalism in handling of customers, and for facilitating

the Loan Officers activities. Require a good working knowledge of PC applications, business protocol, loan

documentation, and business communications techniques. Bi-lingual in English/Chinese or English/Vietnamese

are preferable. Bachelor degree is desirable.

Experienced Teller/ New Account

Provides customer services such  as cashing checks, receiving deposits, making withdrawals, etc. Performs a variety of

duties in promoting and selling deposit products to new and existing customers. Able to cross sell bank’s products and

Services; assists customers in choosing appropriate type of account to open. Opens and processes all types of new

accounts. Commercial Banking experience a plus. Basic skills in personal computer operation, word processing,

typing and 10 keys skills are must. Bi-lingual (English plus Mandarin or Cantonese or Vietnamese or Spanish) would be

a plus.

Credit Analyst (Full Time)

The Credit Analyst will analyze financial data to assess borrower’s creditworthiness, prepare loan write-up and
summaries along with recommendation to loan committees. Maintain a good working knowledge of the bank’s
lending policies and procedures. Must be competent with significant expertise in PC application. Prefer bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, and Business. Previous working experience in commercial loan credit
underwriting is required.

  • Extend credit as approved under position authority or as approved by the Loan Committee.
  • Develop lending prospects under the supervision of CLO and Regional President.
  • Follow lending and operational policies which are consistent with overall Bank operating objectives and                                                                                   Federal and State regulations.
  • Prepare and present Loan packages including credit analysis for loans.
  • Communicate loan status with processors and loan officer assistants.
  • Monitor past due loans and exceptions.
  • Participate in overall activities of all lending and support staff.
  • Recommend new products in the areas of lending and public relations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Assist Regional President as instructed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Prefer marketing knowledge in SBA loans.
  • Bi-lingual in English/Chinese is highly desirable.

Branch Manager

Rowland Heights Branch

Position is responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals and

customer service targets. Generate sales leads through community outreach activities and developing business

partners, while building internal relationships. Must be a team player who can supervise the branch operations.

Ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures pertain to this position: Regulation CC (Funds Availability

Policy), Regulation DD (Truth-in-Saving Act), Anti-Money Laundering and customer Information Program, Right to

Financial Privacy Act and Community Reinvestments Act.
